Achilles Heel

I have at least million weaknesses…but in baking I feel my greatest failing is ‘the finish’. One of these days I HAVE to take a cake decorating class. I can make a mean cake (or cupcake as the case was today)…but when it comes time to finish (or frost)….#EPIC FAIL.

I suppose this could have been a very good promotional item for a recent Tony Leondis animated movie….

The cupcakes themselves were very tasty…and the buttercream icing….WOW!
