Makin’ Bacon
Finally got round to prepping the bacon-to-be tonight! Favourite recipe is https://www.thespruceeats.com/smoked-maple-bacon-recipe-4128928

Mixed up the cure – 6 small bowls for the 6 bags. Washed and cut pork into manageable sizes then into a vacuum bag along with the cure, seal, massage and then into the fridge for 14 days…with a turn and a massage at least once per day….
